Dr. Andrea Musarra grew up in Texas, and following graduation from college had a brief career as a microbiologist working with zoonotic infectious disease for the state of Texas, until ultimately deciding to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.  She graduated from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine and moved to Denver, where she completed a 1-year internship in small animal medicine and surgery.  She joined the CVSG team in 2019 and enjoys emergency surgery, wound management, respiratory emergencies, and sepsis management.
