Dr. Mara Kraenzlin is originally from New York. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She went on to finish a year-long small animal rotating internship at Blue Pearl NYC.Dr. Kraenzlin then completed a 3 year residency in emergency and critical care at the Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, NJ. She stayed on as a staff criticalist for a year and then moved to CO for the mountains.

Dr. Kraenzlin interests include stabilizing severe traumas and getting them back home to their families. Other areas of interest are sepsis and respiratory distress cases.

In her free time she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.
