Maggie Wigley, DVM

Dr. Wigley was born and raised in the Boston area where she grew her love for veterinary medicine, the ocean, and Boston sports teams (try not to hate her too much for being a Patriots fan). Massachusetts is where she did her undergraduate studies and obtained her BS in Biology and Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) where she also played Division III field hockey. She then traveled to Indiana to complete veterinary school at Purdue University.

After completing her DVM degree, she returned home to Massachusetts to pursue a small animal rotating internship at New England Animal Medical Center before relocating to Colorado. Dr. Wigley’s interest in Emergency Medicine started while attending Purdue, and was solidified during her internship. Her professional interests include treatment of toxicities and trauma. Dr. Wigley is excited to be in this beautiful state and join the team at in her spare time enjoys hiking, snowboarding, reading a good mystery novel, and spending time with her three pets: Calvin-a chocolate lab who eats everything, Jiggy-a calico cat, and Luna-a Manx cross.
